India is home to over 104 million tribal people spread over 705 tribes. Yet, most of them continue to live below the poverty line and suffer from poor health indicators such as high levels of maternal and infant mortality and malnutrition.
As VA India and UNICEF India join hands for Poshan Maah 2022, we draw attention towards tribal communities and how we can come together to address the problem.
