Mexican Paneer Burrito Bowl Recipe |Veg Burrito Bowl | Easy & Healthy | Homemade Burrito Bowl
Ingredients for Burrito Bowl :
For Mexican Seasoning:
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
Oregano - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pizza Seasoning - 1 tsp
For Paneer & Veggies:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 ( diced)
Mixed bell peppers - 1 Cup (diced)
Paneer - 300grams(diced)
Mexican Seasoning - 1& 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon squeeze
Salt - 1/2 tsp
For Refried Beans:
Rajma - 1/2 cup (Cooked)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Garlic - 2 tbsp (Finely Chopped)
Green chilli - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Tomato -1
Mexican Seasoning - 1 tbsp
Salt
For Lemon Coriander Rice:
Butter -2 tbsp
Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
Lemon juice - Squeeze in half a lemon
Salt as per taste
For Buttered Corn:
Butter - 1 tbsp
Sweet corn - 1/2 cup(Cooked)
Salt as per taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
For Salsa:
Onion - 1 (Chopped)
Tomato -1 (Chopped)
Green chilli - 1(Chopped)
Coriander leaves (Chopped)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garlic cloves -4(Grated)
For Guacamole:
Avocado - 1/2
Onion(chopped)
Tomato (chopped)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
For Burrito Sauce:
Thick Curd 1/2 Cup
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Mexican Seasoning - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 4 (grated)
Recipe Tips
• You can add any other toppings of your choice like cheese.
• Instead of making guacamole substitute it with avocado slices.
