Very Rare to see 6 car 158s in wick station due to Floods on railway line at ardgay the 06:18 and 08:02 could only get down so far down and services where suspended.
A 4 car 158 was restarted at helmsdale in sevice back to wick which arrived at 18:22.
After network Rail had done checks on the railway line after flooding at ardgay it was safe to start the 18:33 scotrail service from inverness to wick Last service of the day. The water level had dropped to a safe level.
This was a very Rare opportunity to get this 6 car train in wick which never happens. 21/10/2020.
