Описание: Let go of the gripping as we move through a lovely Parigasana (gate pose) sequence. Side bending helps you breathe more deeply, as it stretches the adductors and strengthens and lengthens the lateral flexors of the spine. Gate post is a perfect warm up for stronger poses.
