When presence is embodied space opens for higher consciousness to infuse the whole system (on mental, physical and energetic levels). When this happens, unconscious beliefs and unprocessed energies and emotions held in the system rise to the surface. This can feel uncomfortable but it's a good thing. When there is understanding of what is happening and why, the experience is related with positively and can be used to transmute layers of unconsciousness and bring healing and integration on the level of form.
