Humans have contemplated and debated the meaning of life for eons. For most people nowadays, meaning is sought externally in forms and circumstances. However, while experiences can bring tremendous joy and pleasure, they are always temporary. In addition, when experiences are forms are attached to and identified with, they become the source of suffering.

There is a lasting joy that can be discovered beyond the realm of forms and experiences. This is the discovery of a deeper dimension, the realm of presence. If you bring all your attention fully present into the now and simply allow your attention to rest as the aware witness, aware that perceiving is happening, a dimension of stillness opens up and reveals the only thing in existence which is eternal - your true nature, pure consciousness. The discovery of this depth of being brings with it a lasting sense of fulfilment and peace.
