This guided meditation is for those moments when you know you want to move forward—but something inside you isn’t ready yet.
In this practice, we focus on acceptance as the first step of healing. Acceptance does not mean approving of what happened, liking it, or staying stuck in it. It simply means acknowledging what is true right now, so your body and nervous system can begin to soften and release what it has been holding.
You’ll be gently guided to sit with emotions connected to the past without judgment, pressure, or forcing yourself to “move on.” This meditation offers space to process what you’ve been carrying, while calling in spiritual support to help regulate emotions and restore a sense of inner safety.
If and when you feel ready, you’ll be invited to ask for guidance on what comes next—but this practice honors that readiness happens in its own time. There is no rush, no timeline, and no right or wrong way to experience this.
