🌸Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yield - 36 mini cookies
Ingredients:

Butter 42g ( 3 tbsp)
Castor sugar 25g (⅛ cup)
Brown sugar 25g (⅛ cup)
Milk 1 tbsp
All purpose flour 70g ( ½ cup + 1 tbsp )
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Dark chocolate ¼ cup + extra for topping

Bake at 170’C for about 10 - 12 minutes

Mini Buttery Chocolate Coated Cookies
(Yields 24 cookies)
Ingredients:

All purpose flour 130g ( 1 cup )
Powdered sugar 50g (¼ cup + 3 tbsp)
Clarified butter / unsalted butter 70g ( ¼ cup + 2 tbsp)
Dark chocolate 70g (½ cup)
Chopped roasted peanuts 3 tbsp

Bake at 170’C for about 12 - 15 minutes
