Some salt
Green chillies - 10
Apple cider vinegar - 5 tablespoons
Salt - ½ tablespoon
Massi Karuvadu - 2 tablespoons
Hot water
Some oil
Cinnamon stick - 1
Pandan leaf - 5 pieces
Shallots - 1 handful
Some curry leaves
Red chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Some salt
Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
Left over vinegar - 3 tablespoons
Honey - 1 tablespoon
