Yoga is a valuable tool to help cultivate and maintain bone health so you can feel capable and strong while still embracing mobility as you grow older. With strong legs, we are less likely to fall or injure ourselves. Strengthening the lower body and building lower body bone density also helps us to go deeper into our own yoga practice as we focus on increasing coordination and improving balance.
