This January, I’m inviting you to move with curiosity instead of pressure.
Starting January 1, 2026, a brand-new 30-Day Strength & Flexibility Yoga Challenge begins — with a fresh class released every morning at 8:00 AM MST.
This is not about forcing shapes or chasing perfection.
It’s about building real strength, improving flexibility, and exploring what your body can do when you give it consistent, intelligent movement.
Each class is 20–40 minutes and designed for all levels:
• We start each sequence with gentle, accessible rounds
• Then progress to stronger, more challenging options
• You choose how far you go — every day, every pose
• You can keep it gentle, build gradually, or challenge yourself fully
Expect:
• Strong legs, arms, and core
• Smarter mobility and active flexibility
• Playful challenges without pressure
• Space to explore, wobble, try again, and surprise yourself
