Welcome to Get Set Yoga Season 5 — the 5th edition of our annual January yoga challenge on Bharti Yoga.
This 4-week yoga program is designed to help you start the new year feeling stronger, more flexible, more mobile, and deeply relaxed — without spending hours on the mat.
This year, the entire challenge is built from your feedback. The most requested focus areas were:

✔ Fat Burn
✔ Flexibility
✔ Mobility
✔ Stress Relief & Relaxation
So for the first four weeks of January, we’ll work on these themes step by step with short, effective 20--30minutes yoga sessions that are easy to stay consistent with — even on busy days.
