TRX Intermediate Cardio Workout.
This TRX Cardio Workout Intermediate Level is suitable for everyone who has experience on the TRX Suspension Trainer. This workout has 6 Workout Rounds with a good level of Cardio exercises. Warm-Up and a Cool Down/Stretching are not included in this video.
Duration of the video: 34 minutes. Pace of the workout and transition times are perfect for the Intermediate Level.
