This session combines the deep activation of Pilates-inspired strength work with elements of calisthenics - all about mindful movement, proper form, and staying connected to your body. ✨

We’re taking it slower today – but don’t be fooled: It’s going to burn deep 🔥 It’s going to challenge your control and it’s going to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and empowered. 🤍

This low-impact workout is gentle on your joints, but it hits exactly where it counts. As always:
→ Your tempo
→ Your range of motion
→ Your workout and your rules 🙏🏼

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍
