BLUEBERRY OAT GROATS
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups water (hot, preferably)
2 cups oat groats
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 ripe banana, cut into small pieces
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla powder (or 2 teaspoons alcohol-free vanilla extract)
1/3 cup raisins
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally, then let the oats rest (without opening lid) for at least one hour. Remove lid and stir well. Serve hot or cold. I dehydrated the leftovers and it tasted like Rice Krispies!
