VIRAL TIK-TOK BAKED PASTA | Boursin Cheese, Better Than Feta...

Описание: I tried the viral baked feta pasta.... with a twist... using Boursin Cheese (garlic & herbs). OMG! SO easy and SO delicious.

Ingredients:
1) 300g penne pasta (or your fav pasta. Add 1/2 tsp salt to the boiling water)
2) 325g baby plum tomatoes (sub: cherry tomatoes)
3) 275g (or 2) vine tomatoes
4) 150g (1 pack) Boursin cheese
5) 3-4 peeled garlic cloves
6) Salt to taste
7) Black pepper to taste
8) 3/4 tsp chilli flakes (or to taste)
9) 1 tsp dried basil
10) 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


Note - I used a Vitamix (links below) to blend the sauce but you can skip this step if you prefer 'bits' in your sauce! It's equally delicious!!
