Limerick, You're My Lady, the fourth and final track on John Doc's 1983 EP At Cowie Bowling Club. This song was performed at the Jock Stein Tribute Night, requested by Celtic icon Sean Fallon. While this version is a tremendous listen, the performance at the Jock Stein Tribute Night is essential listening. Absolutely phenomenal.

Cowie Bowling Club is one of the foremost bowling clubs in Scotland and plays host to many of the major bowling events throughout the year. It is situated five miles East of Stirling.

John Docherty has been associated with the Club for many years, entertaining on a regular basis every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. John has made many friends in the village and is regarded as a first class entertainer by us all.

This record has been made at the request of the Club's patrons and the four tracks included in this E.P. are the most requested songs in John's vast repertoire.

We would like to thank musical director Billy Young for his help in the making of this record.
