This 10 minute upper body strength session for seniors is designed to help improve strength /and posture in a safe, supportive, and easy-to-follow way.
This routine is a mix between seated and standing and uses chair & wall (no equipment), making it suitable for beginners and anyone who prefers low-impact exercise.
🧘 Exercises in this routine include:
– Arm circles
– Bicep curls
– Overhead reach
– Wall push-ups
– Shoulder blade squeeze
– Tricep exercises x 2
– Chest opening
