Do let me know your thoughts on how to improve the run and anything else you'd like to see on the channel. If any legit speedrunners see this and make it a real category I would find that hilarious but I'd love to see it happen.

So how do you fill the orphanage? In Skyrim there are 16 orphanable children [see list below] who get sent to the orphanage when their parents are murdered- I mean die in tragic circumstances. They can't enter the orphanage until Grelod the Kind is dead but you can murder their parents in advance so they are ready to move once she is.

When Grelod dies 7 children's beds replace hers. There are 4 kids at the orphanage already with 5 beds. The 5th is meant for Aventus but he never returns to the orphanage because of a bug and no other kids can claim his bed, classic Bethesda. Once all 7 beds have been claimed by new orphans, NO MORE can move to the orphanage even if they become orphans because they have nowhere to sleep.

We start with a new character on novice difficulty and no mods that change gameplay [I had SKSE and a few performance mods with the game running at 120 FPS]. I chose a Khajiit for their 22 unarmed damage to kill the parents as quickly as possible [2 -3 swings on novice] though a high elf may be better overall for the higher movement speed but not sure if they can kill as quickly as the khajiit can.

We escape Helgen with typical speedrun strats like the tower jump past Alduin and pushing Hadvar to skip dialogue, grab the lockpicks in the knapsack and gold from the cart then run down to Riverwood murder Hod, Gerdur, Alvor and Sigrid to make Frodnar and Dorthe orphans. Submit to a guard after discovering Whiterun Stables, serve our sentence, then murder Amren and Saffir to orphan Braith.

Submit and serve our sentence again, take the carriage to Riften, persuade the guard, kill Grelod, take the carriage to Windhelm, lockpick your way into Aventus's house, skip through his dialogue to complete Innocence Lost [which replaces Grelod's beds and lets new orphans move to the orphanage].

Take the carriage to Solitude, murder Katla [the courier will probably jump you so skip through his dialogue, he can be avoided by killing Aventus last but the last two orphans don't instantly arrive at the orphanage once we do, which is unacceptable] murder Snilling to make Knud an orphan, submit and serve your sentence, murder Addvar, Greta and Corpulus to make Svari and Minette orphans, then submit and serve your sentence again.

Take the carriage to Markarth, kill Daighre to orphan Erith, submit, select the Got it Ma'am dialogue option to end the conversation with Urzoga as quickly as possible, grab a pickaxe and mine to serve your sentence, fast travel back to Riften and as soon as you enter the orphanage the run is over. All 7 orphans should be in their beds to confirm this.
