Learn how to get an hourglass figure at home with no equipment! This small, tiny waist, round booty workout is going to target all of the muscles needed to give you an hourglass shape. We will be focusing on our legs, booty, hips, back, and abs!
The workout is broken up into different sections that will be easy for you tp follow along with. There's only about 10 seconds in between each exercise so feel free to pause the workout if you need a break :)
Within each section (legs, booty, hips, abs, and back) there are about 3-4 exercises geared to target each muscle group. It will hurt and it will burn, but KEEP PUSHING!
