This is followed by the protection meditation where viewers will receive 4 VIBRATIONS: two through the Crown for peace/calm and immunity, one through the Solar Plexus for dispelling fear/anxiety, and one through the Heart for happiness. These meditations are ENERGIZED by Patrick and can be done at will!
