This is a 45 minute Yoga Practice that is designed to balance and stretch the body for those who cycle often. This series of poses will lengthen and stretch the lower body, while working the muscles of the back and neck, which often go ignored on the bike. It will also relieve strain in the lower back, shoulders and neck. Practicing this series in combination with your regular cycling, will help bring balance to your body and posture.
This video contains a lot of descriptions and talking about the specific postures. It should be done on days when you have been on the bike for a short amount of time or used during off days. If you like the stretches, try my other shorter videos which contain almost the same series, but in quicker succession for a post-ride recovery.
