This is short practice is designed for those who cycle on a regular basis. The postures here will help stretch out the lower body and also create balance through the back, neck and shoulders. Great to use after you've finished a ride and you only have a few minutes to dedicate to recovery and stretch. It is recommended that you try watch the 45 minute version of this same practice first to learn the proper posture and modifications for each pose, especially if you're not familiar with yoga.
