Week 1 of the Couch to 5k training plan. Do this workout 3 times in a week with at least one rest day between each workout.
If by the end of the 3rd session you feel it's still too hard, repeat the week.
Don't go too fast. Slow down until the pace feels sustainable, even if it feels too easy at first. It's better to be slow then to overwork yourself and miss the next session.
