Hello folks!
So today for tea I made this super tasty campfire stew, so called because it would be the perfect bowl of deliciousness to sit around a campfire with! The perfect combination of sausages, onions, potatoes and beans…just yum! Perfect on it’s own, or with some nice buttered warm crusty bread. Everything I used is listed below.

What I used - Makes enough for 4 servings

2 Tablespoons of oil - for frying
1 Medium onion - finely diced
1 Tablespoon fennel seeds
1 Tablespoon tomato puree
6 Sausage links - skins removed and cut into chunks
Baked beans - 400g can (14 oz)
Chicken stock - 500ml (17.5 oz)
Potatoes - 600g (21 oz) Peeled and cut into large chunks
Salt & pepper to taste
