In this episode of Sovereign Citizens Hall of Fame #162, a sovereign citizen learns the hard way that bond rules STILL apply. After being clearly warned by Magistrate Delia Burton, the defendant ignores his bond conditions, returns to the prohibited residence, and finds himself right back in court.

We watch as the “legal fiction” and “living man” arguments resurface in front of Judge Victoria Shackleford and later proceedings involving Judge Shawn Perkins out of Michigan. Despite repeated claims of no probable cause, due process violations, and arguments about jurisdiction, the court makes it clear: bond conditions are not optional.

But that’s not all.

This compilation also includes a tense sovereign citizen traffic stop out of Florida, where a driver invokes the Constitution, refuses to provide ID, and ultimately forces officers to break his window after repeated warnings.
