Happy Tuesday Everyone! I've got a fun court case tonight with Judge Stansbury. This is a motion to suppress evidence hearing involving a physical control charge. The facts of the case are pretty straight forward, the defendant was found passed out in his car with open containers. The defense is arguing the grounds for the initial search even though it's pretty clear what was going on. It goes from a normal case to a funny one when we get to the body cam. Even the Judge has to turn his head a few times to stop himself from laughing. Enjoy!
