Once every age, when day and night finally grew tired of the unbearable distance between them, the universe would cave and grant the opportunity to reunite the two kingdoms- allowing a moment of history to take place. An eclipse.
The kingdom of the Sun was warm-hearted and loud. The queen, a figure of radiant beauty and love was adored by her rays, often dancing and celebrating each day as it came and left. The Moon kingdom however was quiet and thoughtful, filled with the soft care of the stars. Led by their own Queen, a woman of grace and tranquillity.
On the historic day of an eclipse the pull of the Sun and Moon kingdom grew so strong the universe gave in, allowing them to erase the distance and spend a single day together. A day the Rays and Stars would cherish until they were to burn out and become mass in the growing void of space. Previous harsh words and arguments that were previously forgotten had resurfaced, etched in the history of the universe. But the two kingdoms didnt fight, no. They embraced the harsh contrast of the two worlds and took this lifetime opportunity to grant peace and allow each citizen freedom to enjoy the moment as it came and left.
An eclipse, a moment shared with the moon and sun, a moment of such chaos and such tranquillity.
