A SPLICE OF HEAVEN

1 oz/30 ml White Rum
2 oz/60 ml Midori
1 oz/30 ml Simple Syrup
1 oz/30 ml Pineapple Juice
2 oz/60 ml Coconut Rum
2 oz/60 ml Cream of Coconut.***

Method

1. Add First four ingredients to the blender with ice.
2. Blend until smooth and set aside.
3. Add the remaining two ingredients to the blender with ice.
4. In a coconut rimmed glass layer the contents of the blender in any way you choose.
5, Garnish with a Popsicle.

***CREAM OF COCONUT
13 ml Coconut Milk
12.5 oz/375 g Sugar
1 Pinch of Salt

Method.

1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan on the stove top.
2. Warm on low heat while stirring until it reaches a semi translucent consistency.
3. Refrigerate and enjoy.
