Original Recipe

Tiger's Milk No. 1

.5 cup milk
.5 cup cream
1-2 tsp sugar or grenadine to taste
2.5 jiggers brandy (1 jigger = 1.5 oz)

Single Serve

TIGER's MILK

2 oz | 60 ml Brandy
2 oz | 60 ml Heany Cream
2 oz | 60 ml Milk 2%
2 Tsp | 10 g Sugar

Method

1. Add all ingredinets to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a glass.
4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
