This block is located by the main Jalan Besar road, away from the others in the Rowell/Veerasamy estate. While it received the same lifts as the other blocks, the lifts here have quite an unusual setup. For some reason, only Lift A serves floors 2 and 3, of which the former has a commercial tenant while the latter appears to be a refuge floor. Lift A's indicator also displays the floors it serves, unlike Lift B. Something interesting about these would be that since one lift was installed before the other, they have different interior designs despite having the same colour scheme.
