Meet my new pony Spyro!!!! Yes she is actually mine this time, I'm not just riding her for someone! EEK!

She is a pure bred, 5 year old connemara and she is around 14.2hh. She is out of Edenmist Pride of Theives and her dam is out of Monaghanstown Fionn. I have wanted to get a pony since forever, I love how fun they are and have been saying for a long time that when I got a job I would get myself a pony, but I didn't think it would be one like this :)) I noticed her for sale on an advertisement yesterday and knew it was an unmissable opportunity, she is such a fantastic pony and I was beyond lucky to get her for an unbelievable price due to her owner's unforseen circumstances. the lady was extremely kind to give me even more money off her because it was a good home!

She hasn't had much handling so she is a complete clean slate :) hoping to do lots of groundwork with her over the next while and begin breaking her. I don't have any set plans for her yet, just going to see how we get on and what the future brings. She may be a project to sell on or I may fall in love with her, who knows :) She is such a cool we lady, nothing seems to phase her.

And of course, Murphy is not going anywhere!! Before I get the usual "what about Murphy" comments lol

*for all the rude people saying how 'lucky' I am and how unfair it is that I get two horses, I recently started working full time and have done a degree to be able to get a job where I can afford to keep horses! Take your rudeness elsewhere!
