On 2nd August I will have had Spyro for 1 year :)

Everyone really doubted me when I first got her, I got so much hate telling me I was ruining her, she was a "manky meat pony", people said she didn't look sound, I was rushing her and she would end up "an unbalanced mess". Not to mention how many people called me fat and said I was too big for her.
1 year later I couldn't be more proud of us both :) She has turned into an amazing little pony that I am proud to own. To think that this time last year she was a completely untouched 5 year old is unreal. I can't wait to see how far she comes this year :)
I've always said as soon as I could afford it I would have a 14.2 as I adore ponies and have never had my own. Spyro has turned out to be my perfect pony even though I only bought her as a project originally :) And before anyone makes comment, connemaras are specifically bred to be suitable for both children and adults so it's fine for me to own her and ride her!
