My oh my!!!! Glutes and legs supersets are no joke! This 30-minute leg day workout is a blast for the quads, hamstrings, thighs, and glutes. This is an awesome 30-minute strength builder when you really want to get an effective lower body workout!
This workout requires only your dumbbells, a mat, and optional will be your booty band or mini resistance band. This workout also incorporates some plyometric power work, but I will offer a low impact modification as well.
The workout structure is a superset method of resistance training, which means we will work two exercises back to back with no rest in between. The working timer will be on for 40 seconds for each exercise, followed but 30 seconds of recovery. There are two total rounds and 16 exercises that we will work through.
