Ingredients
2 cups plain flour
1 cup corn flour
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp milk powder
3 tbsp ghee
Water (as needed)
Method
1. Mix plain flour, corn flour, sesame seeds, and sugar.
2. Add milk powder and ghee; rub until crumbly.
3. Gradually add water and knead into a firm dough.
4. Rest dough for 15–20 minutes.
5. Roll into medium‑thickness discs.
6. Deep fry on medium heat until golden and crisp.
7. Cool completely before storing.
