Cold Fusion (Die Another Day) - Alternative Opening Titles

Описание: This was bumped to the top of the queue of projects to work on after the topic of using a Sugababes song as a Bond theme came back around! 'Run For Cover' is one of my favourites of theirs and was the only choice when it came to using one of their early hits to use in a Die Another Day title sequence. I think the vibe and lyrics fit rather well (hopefully you'll agree).

I wasn't going to change much else but I ended up making a number of changes, starting with the title of the film. Cold Fusion was one of the potential names for Die Another Day along with some others that I didn't think worked as well; I thought this would be a great opportunity to change the name seen as we are in the original name territory of Bond.

Several cast changes were made based on a mix of rumoured actors who either weren't chosen or rejected roles or up and coming actors of a similar age. These include Salma Hayek as Jinx, Jason Isaacs as Gustav Graves, Olivia Williams as Miranda Frost and Cha In-pyo as Colonel Moon. I also added Michelle Yeoh as Wai Lin as she was rumoured to appear for a few minutes to aid Bond in Hong Kong.

For the first time, I actually rearranged a couple of the title sequence shots to better fit the music which I think worked quite well. I also made all font colours white which is a lot easier on the eye compared to the mix of whites, reds and yellows used in the original sequence.
