🔥 Glute Power Day at the Gym! 🍑
Today’s focus was all about building strength, shape, and balance through compound barbell movements. I started with barbell squats to target the glutes and legs with full power and depth. Then moved to deficit reverse lunges with the bar — an amazing exercise for glute isolation and stability. Followed that with barbell good mornings to activate the hamstrings and glutes for better posture and control. Finally wrapped it up with sumo deadlifts, hitting the glutes and inner thighs for that rounded, strong finish.
I DID 4 SETS OF 10-12 REPS FOR EACH EXERCISE
🔥 Each rep was about control, form, and mind-muscle connection — because strong glutes aren’t just built, they’re earned. 💪
