Close your eyes.
Take one deep breath in… and sigh it out.
Imagine your awareness as a soft light.
Bring that light to the top of your head.
Not imagining—feeling.
Slowly move the light down to your forehead, eyes, cheeks.
Everywhere the light goes, tension releases.
Now the neck.
This area stores unspoken stress.
Let the light loosen it.
Move down to the shoulders, arms, hands.
Feel warmth flowing into the muscles, joints, and bones.
Now bring the light to the chest.
Notice the breath moving here.
Let it expand gently.
Move to the spine—
visualize it lengthening, stacking effortlessly.
Now the lower back, hips, pelvis.
This is your foundation.
Let it feel heavy and grounded.
Move down through thighs, knees, calves, ankles, feet.
Now imagine every cell in your body receiving a quiet instruction:
repair, restore, renew.
You don’t force healing.
You allow it.
Sit in this awareness for a few breaths.
Your body knows how to heal.
You’re just giving it space.
