Who likes to lift heavy and ride strong? You, right!!
Well, then do we have the workout for you! This is objectively the best 60-minute Spin and Strength class we got!! And it goes a little somethin' like this... After a quick warmup on the bike, we'll dismount and look for those HEAVY weights - think big my friends, as you can always grab a backup set. We work through muscle-building upper and lower body sets, with low reps and your monster weights.
And I don't want to spoil the surprise sculpt format, but we will get very used to the number 5!! To cap off the total-body torture, we're gonna get hard-core with an ab-burning set! Then it's back on the bike where we take it song by song, alternating between flats, climbs and sprints for about 30 minutes of heart pumping, sweat soaking cardio that'll make our swollen muscles glisten.
