Honorable Supreme court of India has given a verdict on 10 Feb 1995 on implementation of ROSTER SYSTEM IN INDIA in case of State of Punjab vs RK Sabharwal
Prior to 1995, there was VACANCY BASED ROSTER implemented in all the Govt Institutions, but after this Judgement POST BASED ROSTER was implemented through out India.
Its a remarkable Judgement, we should know about it. Please watch and listen this video full episode so that you can understand that at some institutions sometimes in place of 27% or 22.5% reservation, the reserved category are given only a few vacant seats for recruitment. It is only because of POST BASED ROSTER.
