I have discussed in this video in detail about Communal Govt Order implemented by State of Madras in 1921.
The Communal G.O. was first enacted on September 16, 1921, through G.O. No. 613 by the Justice Party government in the Madras Presidency, under the leadership of figures like A. Subbarayalu Reddiar and later P. Ramarayaningar (Raja of Panagal). This order was a response to demands for greater representation of non-Brahmin communities.

The role of Periyar, a great Social Reformer from Tamil Nadu in the Constitution amendment and insertion of article 15 (4). How he influenced the then political leaders across India and justified the place of Communal GO.
