Ayon sa post ng ASAP Official Facebook page, layon ng special concert na ipahayag ang pasasalamat sa suporta ng lahat ng Kapamilya viewers mula noon hanggang ngayon.

Sa pasilip sa rehearsal, tampok ang OPM icons na sina Martin Nievera, Gary Valenciano, Ogie Alcasid, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Erik Santos, Angeline Quinto at Yeng Constantino.

Dapat abangan ang pangmalakasang opening number kasama sina Belle Mariano, Alexa Ilacad at 'FPJ’s Batang Quiapo' stars Coco Martin at Maris Racal.

Tampok din sa opening ang P-pop groups na Bini, BGYO at Six Part Invention. Inaasahan na lahat ng Kapamilya stars na bahagi ng mga programa ay makiisa sa grand celebration.

May special numbers din ang 'The Alibi' lead stars Kim Chiu at Paulo Avelino at 'Someone, Someday' lead star James Reid.

Puspusan na rin ang paghahanda nina Donny Pangilinan at Belle Mariano, Joshua Garcia at Julia Barreto at marami pang iba.
