Veg Noodles 🍜 — Ingredients & Method
🥕 Ingredients
• 200 g noodles
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
• 1 small onion (sliced)
• ½ cup cabbage (shredded)
• ½ cup carrot (julienne)
• ½ cup capsicum (sliced)
• 2–3 tbsp spring onion
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp chilli sauce
• 1 tsp vinegar
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp black pepper

👩🍳 Method
1. Boil noodles in salted water till soft. Drain and rinse with cold water. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan/wok. Add chopped garlic and sauté.
3. Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add carrot, cabbage, capsicum and stir-fry on high flame for 2–3 minutes (keep crunchy).
5. Add boiled noodles.
6. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
7. Toss well on high flame for 1–2 minutes.
8. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
