Описание: RECIPE BELOW: This is a classic Dim-Sum item. When steamed, the rice is infused with the fragrance of the lotus leaves and the rice also absorbs all the flavors from the chicken filling. You can enjoy this popular snack in the comfort of your own home-ENJOY!

Serves 16

Ingredients:
• 2#/~4 C glutinous sweet rice-will yield ~12 C cooked rice
• 4 dried Lotus leaves, soaked in hot water for 1 hour-cut into quarter sections
• 3/4# ground chicken breast or thigh meat
• 3 chinese sausages-sliced thin rounds
• 10 dried med mushrooms-soaked in hot water for 1 hour-diced
• *optional-4 salted egg yolks-uncooked or cooked-quartered
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 green onions, minced
• 2 C mushroom soaking liquid
• 1 C chicken broth
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
• 1 Tsp Sesame oil
• 2 Tsp Soy sauce
• 1/2 Tsp White pepper
• 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
• 1/2 Tsp seasoning salt mix-Watch video-S1Ep76-   • S1Ep76-YuCanCook Seasoning Salt Mix 調味料  
• Cornstarch slurry (4 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 6 Tbsp water ) or more as needed to desired thickness
• Oil for cooking
• *optional ~2 Tbsp dried shrimps-soak in hot water & minced
Marinade:
• 1 Tsp seasoning salt mix-Watch video-S1Ep76-   • S1Ep76-YuCanCook Seasoning Salt Mix 調味料  
• 1 Tsp Sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
• 1/2 Tsp White pepper
