Chaos at this week’s Parkrun when Lydia loses her phone mid-run during a 5k PB attempt.
What started as a normal Parkrun quickly turned into a nightmare when her phone disappeared part way through the run. Turning back, searching for it and trying to keep going… all caught on camera.
This was meant to be a straightforward 5k attempt, but as usual with running (and Parkrun), things don’t always go to plan. If you’ve ever had tech fail, dropped something mid-run, or had one of those “this is going wrong” moments, you’ll probably relate to this one.
Parkrun is always unpredictable, and this was no exception.
