Описание: Negative splitting in your next race could lead to a new personal best! It did for me, but only after I finally had the patience to start easier and build throughout the race. Make sure you practice negative splitting in training. Do some hard training runs where the last half is harder/faster as well as descending intervals where they might start out at a medium effort and build throughout the workout to a very hard effort. Some of my favorite workouts are descending intervals. Good luck at your next race!
