Description - BESRAYA (or Sungai Besi Expressway) is a 28.3km expressway that was built to connect eastern side of Kuala Lumpur to Sungai Besi toll plaza and Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway to Kuala Lumpur, avoiding traffic jams along North-South Expressway (PLUS) Southern Route. BESRAYA’s Kilometre Zero begins at UPM Interchange which connects the expressway with North-South Expressway (PLUS) Southern Route, SILK Highway and Jalan Serdang. This expressway passes through various township developments, housing and industrial areas via 10 interchanges.
