Description - The East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE) is the latest expressway to be opened in Klang Valley. Originally slated to be completed by 2019, this RM1.55 billion project has seen a series of delays, pushing its target completion date over the years. The total length of EKVE is 39km, running from Ukay Perdana to Sungai Long and features a dual-carriageway with two lanes in each direction, including four interchanges. However, as of 30 Aug 2025, only Section 1 has opened and runs from Ampang to Sungai Long. Section 2 is currently still under construction.
