Hello all friends, let's get to this delicious dish without further ,
First add the sifted flour to the bowl and add salt and butter to it, (butter should be at room temperature)
Then mix with your hands until it becomes crumbly and then add water to it and mix and then put the dough on the floured table and then knead well and then cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator, in the second step, first chop the onion, garlic, bell pepper and parsley, then open the chicken breast with a knife and then smooth and cut with a meat grinder or any other tool, and then add olive oil to the pan and then add the onion, garlic and bell pepper that you have previously chopped and add the chopped chicken breast with it and then mix and then add salt and black pepper powder to them and stir well and then add the butter and fry and then let it cook well on low heat (if necessary, put the lid on the pan)
After Bake Let it cool.
In the final step, take the dough out of the refrigerator and spread it out, then add it to the baking tray that you spread butter all over, then shape it into the dough with your hands and cut the sides, and pierce it with a fork, and spread it with greaseproof paper or aluminum foil, then add something heavy to it and bake in the oven in two stages, then add the eggs to a bowl and mix, then add the cream to it and mix, then add the salt to it and mix, then add the chopped parsley and mix, then add the mixture in the pan that has cooled and mix, then add it to the baked dough in the baking tray and spread it out, then put it in the oven and let it cook well, then remove it from the oven and serve.
