It doesn't seem to be a good year for Technomancer so far - this is probably one of the least fun fight matchups I've had with the class for a while. Even so, Techno is still strong enough to manage this fight without crutches (extra food or potions) - it just can't win it anywhere near as fast as burst classes like Wrath DragonLord, DeathKnight or Ranger. On the plus side, 35 turns means you get to enjoy all of Cysero and Lim's antics in the fight!
Lim has a few nasty tactics that hinder optimal Techno plays;
once per 7-turn rotation, he will gain +400 MPM ('Emergency Staticshield') for 2 turns if you increase your Boost/Bonus or inflict any sort of -res on him.
he has a nuke attached to an Analysis Points counter; every turn he gains 2 points, and at 20 points he will announce his nuke for the next turn.
if he detects any form of gearswap (even changing cosmetics or the weapon special you have slotted), he will gain an extra Analysis Point.
the remainder of his attacks all have some kind of large debuff attached to them (-All, -MPM, -BPD and -Boost/Bonus); one of them even inflicts -Boost and -Bonus equal to the amount of Boost and Bonus your Tog Drone gives.
To mitigate Lim's impact on the fight, I try to burst him down as quickly as possible, while mixing a few defensive measures (Baby Chimera's +BPD, Techno's Barrier and our Dragon's Scales) to avoid getting hit by major debuffs from Lim or Cysero. It can take a few rerolls to ensure that you get enough crits and avoid the -Boost attacks, however.
Once Lim is defeated, we move onto Cysero, who is somewhat easier but has a larger range of annoying features;
two rotations, marked by a 5% max HP heal and either him applying +30% Damage Reduction ('Doing Fine') or +100 MPM ('Like Juggling Fish In A Barrel').
an attack that summons Doctor When in order to give your skills a 1 turn cooldown.
a plethora of large debuffs like Lim (-All, -Bonus, an unavoidable -Immo, -STR/DEX/INT/CHA/LUK, -MPM and -BPD).
several attacks that attempt to Shrink you (i.e. reduce your HP and your max HP by 10%), as you see early on in the video.
attacks at the end of rotations that grant both fighters immunity to either DoTs or direct damage.
Fortunately, due to having two rotations and always starting in a specific one, it's a bit easier to follow what Cysero will attack with next. Most of my strategy in dealing with Cysero involved shielding some of his more annoying features (his +Cooldown attack, the -All attacks and the -STR/DEX/INT attack), but admittedly the latter half of the video is not as cleanly executed due to having to work around some variation in Cysero's attacks.
